Sewn with easy care polyester-cotton blend fabric and a soft elastic waist for a comfy fit. Above or below the knee soft elastic closure that creates a self ruffle! Bloomers are also the answer for the colder weather months when extra warmth is needed.

- Unless you tell me otherwise I will make the waist according to the size on the chart for your order, and they will be white.
