EXCHANGE/REFUND/RETURN POLICY


We will gladly refund or exchange fully any order that you find to be faulty workmanship. We stand behind the construction of your garment 100%. This is only on unused, unwashed garments. Your refund/exchange request must be within 15 days. (after 15 days I will subtract a 10% stocking fee from your refund)

Ordering w/o your correct measurements: First, please be careful to go according to your measurements, these were made especially for you once you ordered, you are sending back to me something that may not be needed by another! My time and materials are wasted Amen.

For a garment that does not fit because of the above we will also refund your payment.(minus shipping cost)You can also exchange for a size up or down if need be (return postage to me and shipping back to you at your expense), Please be sure you are ordering according to HIP measurements for culottes, skirlots, bloomers and pj's, chest measurements for jumpers. A requested exchange will be sent out as soon as possible, depending on how many orders are before yours. Exchanges will be sent after I receive them back, and refunds will be returned through pay pal once your order is returned.(return shipping at your expense.)

I CUSTOM make my culottes and skirts as the orders come in. PLEASE BE SURE that you are ordering the correct size. Understand that exchanges or returns because you sized improperly leaves me with a item that may not be needed by someone else.. You would be responsible for shipping back to me and also the return back to you if there is an exchange.The exception would be if you find it to be faulty workmanship, in that case we will refund or exchange picking up all shipping charges. I do want you to be satisfied and am willing to work with you. IF YOU ORDER ACCORDING TO YOUR HIP MEASUREMENT
