The 'under' is made of a soft lightweight symphany broadcloth, color to compliment your fabric choice.
These are A-line enough to be able to sew the side seams down completey if you request that, for 'looks' I leave them open 3-4 inches for todlers, a bit more for girls/ladies.
Just let me know when ordering if you would like the sides closed up.
